Samsung B7722 / B7702 to be Samsung’s first 3G dual SIM touchscreen phone

Unwired View

Samsung has quite many dual SIM phones, but none of them feature 3G connectivity. Well, this is about to change soon with the introduction of the Samsung B7722 / B7702, a new touchscreen handset that should be available in Asia, Europe and Africa.

Apparently, the B7722 / B7702 will feature EDGE and HSDPA connectivity, a 3.2 inch display with 240 x 432 pixels (an unusual resolution, also seen at Sprint's Samsung Instinct), Wi-Fi, social networking services, FM radio, and a 5MP camera.

The Samsung 򣀶 has been spotted in China (see photos below), while Samsung B7722 is likely headed to Europe, since it’s mentioned by several European online retailers (here and here). The two model numbers designate the same phone, though, as suggested by the Bluetooth SIG here and here.

The Samsung B7722 / B7702 should cost around $400 and it might be launched in Europe as soon as next month (in June).
