LG Fathom Cell Phone Review–All The Variety You Need

Mobilewhack.com

lg fathomLG phones starting get strange me…I’ve seen them do quite few unusual things, and it’s getting so I don’t know what I’m walking into every time I try one of these.  And LG Fathom is definitely is strange little item.

The LG Fathom smartphone with full QWERTY keyboard, mobile web, mobile email, calendar, various messenging functions along with Microsoft’s Direct Push the Office Mobile Suite.  If you use web mail services normally, you’ll be able use them here, you’ll have pay extra.  You’ll also get some serious software like Bing, MSN Money, VZ Navigator, further downloads available.  Further, you get Windows Media Player music videos, 3.2 megapixel camera, both USB mass storage microSD card capability.  The  battery will provide seven hours talk time single charge.

Now, I love the sheer amount of stuff this phone can do.  It’s got most of the basics you’ll need and lots of expandability with downloadables.  The battery life great and the camera’s pretty nice.  The downside here, though, the trouble I had with some of the controls.  It’s not the smartest smartphone the block, but some time with it may change that.  Just keep it mind when you have a look.

Anyway, the LG Fathom offers plenty of choice options to it, so if you’re looking for good quality smartphone that offers variety of options, this one might be what you’re after.

The Good

Lots included software

Downloadable capability

Good quality components

Good battery life

The Bad

Control issues

Score 8 / 10
