Skobbler offers overhead views and street level views, and it uses OpenStreetMap’s user-edited, license free database of maps. Consider it the “Wikipedia of maps”, and I think we all know how Wikipedia’s reputation for facts. You will have to ask yourself if you can trust Skobbler with the road.
However, it is a free app, so it has that going for it.
